I don't use the Outlook app, but you should be able to do everything you
want in Outlook or any email app by using the IMAP or Exchange
protocols. Make sure your mail provider supports one of these two
protocols and set up your account with the appropriate settings. Looks
like you use Time Warner, so I'm not sure if they support IMAP or Exchange.
