Hi, It's probably worth giving it a go without sighted help. The setup of the actual Apple TV - E.G. turning on VO, connecting to WiFi etc is fully accessible, but as has already been mentioned selecting the source on your TV may not be.
2 possible workarounds: If you know roughly how to do it but don't know which HDMI port is which for example, try playing some music on a laptop, connecting it to the TV and experiment with changing the sources around. When you hear music disconnect the laptop and connect the Apple TV to the same input. Some devices can switch inputs for you. If you have one of these devices you could turn it on, wait for the input to change and then disconnect the HDMI cable and connect it to the Apple TV. Good luck, Ben.
