Hi Alia, If no sound at all is coming out of the iPHone speakers, it's possible some dust got caught in the headphone jack, so the phone doesn't know when you disconnect the headphones. This is assuming you're using a phone other than the iPHone 7. Try inserting and removing the headphones a few times, or blow some compressed air into the jack.
