Rich et al, You forgot that many times when companies hire new staff, they do not actually train them well enough. Look at what happened to the RIDE, also known as paratransit, under the MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) years ago. When an announcement was made statewide, the RIDE staff were to have tough training for a certain period of time, but, after the period ended, what happened? Many of the drivers were not well-trained! I did tell the general manager assistant that they need more training. He did not say. Then, what? That same man left without letting me know!
Same can happen to Apple staff. Think of it. But there should be Braille feedback of everything VO says. 1) Navigate to the app you want to delete using the Dot1/4 with spacebar. When you get to the app 2) One-finger double-tap and hold on the app. VO should say, and Braille should show"Moving [app name]." 3) Lift your finger and double-tap. You'll get a message asking whether you want to delete the app. Navigate to the Delete button and double-tap it.
