Hi Dulce, I just tried it with my work iPhone 6S, Voice Dream Reader, latest version and iOS 10.1.1 with a bookshare book, The Rosie Project and bookmarks work fine. In fact, all the features work fine.
Any more details you want to add? Maybe try deleting the book and down loading it again?
