If this is done as described, does it mean the receivers would still see email addresses/mobile numbers just as you do in Outlook by inserting a common right after the last character then a new email address in the To: field? Or you do not see anyone, just the sender’s address alone? If the person is in your contacts, you'll find options such as their mobile number or email address. Double-tap the one you want. If the person isn't in your contacts, type their email address or phone number. Then do the same thing again; start typing the next person's name, and select them from the list. You can add as many people as you want in this way.
