I think Navigon has seen it's days with respect to a solution for the blind unless you require an app where maps are downloaded to your device. I think I last used it in 2011 or 2012. Apple Maps is very accessible, I can use SIRI to start a route or ask where I am and if I turn on Tracking with Headings it announces cross streets quite well also. Then there is also Google Maps which some prefer and which is also very accessible and free. Both apps tie into transit which I don't think Navigan does.
