Hi! I don't want to discuss already said. I want to say lock screen beeing active while doing volume is not the iOS 10 issue, ithappens since iOS 7 or 8 especially when using headphones. I believe it is got something to do with the high volume warning when using headphones. Regarding the other issue, there are no dedicated speaker for speakerphone calls. If I'm not mistaking, the same speaker at the bottom edge of the device is used for playing media just as for speakerphone calls.
