I have used it about 3 times. I did find it accessible. It’s really cool as they send you an email with your updated arrival time. I’m not sure that my experience with the places in my area would be useful to you. Some of them have wanted a minimum purchase of $30 which if fine when there are 2 or more people. I am only 1, though. The food comes nice and hot. One time the person came to the door and said it was Grubhub and other times they said the name of the restaurant. They have categories for types of food. I really like it. I do understand that it works well in some cities and not in others. hah
