Hi Ann. Have you tried re-pairing the Streamer after having the phone forget the device? Also, if this doesn't solve the problem, you may wish to try resetting network settings, which also resets bluetooth pairing somehow. I've not heard of this issue before, and know a few people using the streamer successfully, so if these steps don't work, it could be specific to that Streamer. have you contacted the audiologist about this? It may also be worth reaching out to Apple Accessibility to see if they have any ideas.
