Hi, sparkpeople is an app which lets you track food and exercise plus a whole lot more stuff. It’s a companion to the sparkpeople.com <http://sparkpeople.com/> or .ca web site, of which you have to be a member to use. It’s free to join.
I am also in Canada and I have the app, so not sure why you couldn’t find it, Sean. Try typing “sparkpeople”, with no space between spark and people and see if that works. As far as I know the ads are what help make the app and the site free, so that’s why they are there. No way to remove them. I don’t find them annoying or in the way, but perhaps I’m just used to them or something. I am also totally blind, so that might also be why.
