There are a few ways to purchase books. You can use the search tab at the bottom of your phone, and then double tap the search field at the top, enter your title and see what comes up. Double tap on the book title, if it shows up, and on that page you will then see a price. You can double tap that and then double tap the buy button or something close to that. You can also use the "featured" tab at the bottom of the page and look through those things. You can search in categories. So there are many ways, but it all ends up with you looking at the title you want, double tapping on the price, and then hitting that Buy button, entering your Apple ID password oror using touch ID to complete the purchase if you have enabled that.s
