I only know of the Netatmo Weather Station. It is, however, not really that difficult to set up, the outdoor unit consists of a round aluminum unit approx.. 1.5 inches thick and maybe 4 inches tall. If you have a balcony you could easily put it somewhere on the balcony and if not it would probably be possible to attach it somehow outside a window. About once a year or maybe a bit less depending on your climate you would need to get to it in order to change the batteries.
