The only differences I know of are megnetic and "True" north, with maybe 3deg or so difference. 3Deg or so on or off target might be important. "Geographic" north might be a new name for "True" north, the pole around which our planet rotates.
so the magnetic pole is off, but no idea on what longtitude. So the difference on the compass would vary depending where you are in the world.
