Wow, Richard! I'm seeing the same things as you are. I don't know about the no folder filter being smaller than the all items filter, but I tend to filter by all items. I'll check that in a bit and see what's going on with that. But I do have duplicate folders. I intend to check which ones are empty and which ones aren't, and delete the empty ones. I'm hoping I can sort things out. You're right, though, this iCloud sync feature is really frustrating, and very much not living up to expectations.
