Hello Larry, I assume that your sounds are not muted. I believe if the sounds on the phone are muted. I.e. the switch on the side of the phone is switched to the mute option the internal voice will not work on the Seeing Eye app. If all of the settings are on for background app usage it should be working…
I am not sure what could be going wrong.
