Thank you very much for the number. Actually, the number I was given
before was not a bad one or anything. I must’ve taken it wrongly and I dialed
2330 instead of 3230. The number you gave me was for the U.S. The agent gave
me the number for Canada and I solved my problem. I prefer to talk to a living
person when I have a problem instead of with the machine.

Despite the fact that I bought from amazon.ca not the U.S one, I tried
the number you sent me. A recording told me that that number was no longer in
use and that if I want to talk to someone, I should type my number somewhere on
their website and they will contact me.
