Hello Jed, I use this feature, quite often.
In order to receive tweet notifications, you must first have Twitter notifications enabled on your device. Assuming that you have this already setup, do the following: 1. In the Twitter app, locate the profile of the person about whom you wish to be notified and select the Follow button. 2. Just to the right of the Follow button you will discover a button labeled something like Profile Options. Tap that button and you will be presented with a list of options one of which will be to enable mobile notifications. Simply select this option and you will be good to go. That's all there is to it.
