Looks like you bought it from Amazon, so just as a suggestion as this might be easier, why not just return it for a refund? You usually even get a free shipping label when you return something to Amazon and this way you don’t have to wait for somebody who still has an iPhone 5C and who wants a case. If you haven’t done a return to Amazon, it’s really easy. Just log into your account, find the purchase in your history and click on the button to return it. You are asked to select a reason and it’s all very accessible.
