I just upgraded this iPad to 9.2. I haven't been on Facebook or any of the other places I usually get the dictation problem. I am sorry to hear that it it along with the voiceover crashing after sending an email or not fixed. These are kind of serious, and at least to my way of thinking, way more serious than whether it announces the time when you wake the phone up. I think they got their priorities on this wrong. Mary
