Here's something I don't understand. I have "Voice Over" on on my iPad Air but somehow I managed to turn speech off.. how can that be? I tried ussing Siri to turn it back on but it said it is already on. Yet unless I am still in Siri, I can't get anything to read. What setting did I manage to screw up?
