OK and if the phone has been sent and I don't know the pass-code?
Hopefully they'll send it without one!

Go to Settings and choose General, then Reset, then Erase all Content and
Settings. You'll need to enter your phone passcode at least once to confirm
that you want to do this. Once the phone resets, press the Home button 3 times
to turn on VoiceOVer and go through the setup process. You won't have to
activate again because your phone info is in your sim card. After you set up
Wi-Fi and a couple more steps, you'll have the option to restore from an iCloud
backup.
