Hi Mary, Yes, I've purchased several things with Apple Pay from the Apple store app. If I remember right, there's a Pay with Apple Pay option, which you double-tap. Somewhere along the line, you use touch ID to confirm that you want to use it. I don't remember the exact steps, but it went well. I would suggest making sure you have the latest version of the Apple Store app. If you happen to have an old version, maybe the option isn't there.
