I agree with John. If you cannot use an encrypted iTunes backup you're only reasonable choice is the cloud, that is, unless you want to totally redo your phone. Then you can start as new and only download those things that you want. You would have to make all new folders. Mary PS because you can't use the encrypted backup, all your saved network passwords are going to be lost, so you will have to enter them all again. If you have lots of networks that you connect with, that might be something of a pain.
