Thank you very much. I do try that and still received an error saying the iPhone could not be restored. This happened with the old 5s andthe new iphone I got that same day. I took the new 6 back for another and will see the folks at apple to resolve this. I did a google search on this prom and it sounds like a few others have had a similar experience.
