I have noticed that since i upgraded my iPhone 6 to IOS 9, when I go
into the app switcher, Settings is always active, even though I have not
launched it. i close it, but the next time I use the phone and go into the app
switcher to close whatever app I am using, Settings is there again. Is this
normal, and if not, what can I do to stop this?

I'm not wearing a diaper, so don't try to change me.
