Fingerprint for me has never been a go, have tried it multiple times and I mean like about 20 or so in the past year and not once does it work despite instructions, I get to a point where it says it shows a picture and I am supposed to grab something, never figure out what and so I don't get it to happen, and I am alone with no eyes to help, if I ask a family member they just tell me if I can't get it to work I don't need it. See family about once a month if that. So if it does not work, it won't and for me, the only person I know that it does not work for, it won't work. Just tried again with 9 update, same results, absolutely none. I probably typed them off with more than 39 years of doing transcription, don't laugh, my mother applied for a job once at a school and they could not get fingerprint on her she went back four different times before they finally got some. So I suppose the same could be true for me since my cousin says I inherited her fingernails. For those who have poo-hooed me in the past, don't bother, I already know you think my theory is not possible, don't need to hear it again.
For me, fingerprint is not happening and I surmise never will.
