Hi. I've noticed this too, and, as has already been said, it appears not just to be a VoiceOver bug either as my sighted friend tried it without VO and it wouldn't let her do anything. She looked to see where we could report it, but it wasn't obvious. So if anyone knows where we go to report this one please let us know.
