to settings,. Then you will want to turn it on, and it may or may not have a 
password to it. If it does you may want to end up changing it so that you know 
what it is so whenever you go to connect to the network. Then once this is on, 
turn on your iPad, or laptop computer. Then you will select in the network area 
 that Pacific device. The network to your iPhone, Then once this is done typing
