I posted a message maybe half an hour ago in reply to Jennifer's question regarding downgrading from iOS 9 to 8.4.1. I won't repeat everything here, it should be easy enough to find if you look for that topic. In my message is a link to an article which describes two methods for downgrading and there is also a link for a website where you can find the IPSW file for iOS 8.4.1, just make sure you download the correct file fopr your device.
