Which Russian voice do you mean? What do invoices mean? Is it something new
in IOS 9?

I just upgraded the iPad to iOS 9 and reinstalled the Russian voice. I also
installed the mail Siri enhanced voice. Experimenting around, it would seem
that both of these voices are speaking much more slowly than they should based
on the speech rate that is set invoice over interestingly enough, under iOS 8
and I believe seven as well, the four invoices, such as the Russian one, would
speak at a much faster rate than the default would warrant, based on the
English speech. It seems like they've over corrected. Now, if I want a decent
Russian speech rate, I have to up the speed to more than I would have for
English, which is absurd, since I am far from a native speaker of Russian.
