I never did find the download and install button on my iPhone 4S, but I
did eventually get my iPhone 4S to IOS 9 using iTunes. After syncing
everything and taking a fresh encrypted backup, the update failed with a
405 error, so I installed all of my windows updates and tried again,
which also resulted in a failure. By this time, my iPhone 4S was a
brick, so I restored from factory settings, restored from my backup
which I took right before I started the update in iTunes and then synced
my music and apps and now, after about five hours, everything is good!

I didn't find that button on my 4S for ages either and, in the end, it
was a sort of fluke. I'm not even sure what I did so couldn't really
practice again.
I do remember flicking, maybe left or right, once I'd got to the end of
the last page of the "Learn more" document, but I'm afraid I can't be
more precise than that.
I hope you get there yourself or can find some sighted help. This is
something else that Apple should be helping us with, at least with a
clue as to what to do to get to the install.

Subject: Re: My husbands for S
On my iPhone 5, I had to explore by touch to find the download button. I
couldn't get to it by flicking left or right. On my iPhone 4S, I don't
find a download and install button even by just exploring. All I see is
a learn more button. My plan is to install with iTunes from my PC and
see what happens.

All, my husband has an iPhone for S, with the latest 8.4 update. When
he goes to update to I OS 9, it is already downloaded, but he cannot
install it, I wonder if anyone else has had this problem and what you
did about it. Thank you in advance so basically he is not able to
update to I OS 9 because there is not an install button, it is already
downloaded but there is no install. Thank you
