Hi, If what Joe stated doesn't work, you may need to reset the network settings. This is found in the settings menu on the phone. Go to general and at the bottom will be a reset button. You can get to the bottom of this menu by performing a 4 finger single tap just above the home button. Open this with a single finger double tap and flick from left to right until you hear "reset network settings." Perform a single finger double tap and it will give you a confirmation if you want to reset. Press yes. You will need your user name and password to re-enter the information when you open the mail app and create the account again. You may want to take a look at all your settings and jot them down for future reference if need be. HTH.
