You're right here, but I tried this yesterday in Settings and got an
interesting thing. It brought up the Braille settings for the BrailleTouch
app, which I still have in my 4S and use it occasionally.

It's awesome! First seen in developer beta 1. The only caveat is, for now,
you cannot search beyond a certain level. So, for example, searching for
VoiceOver would be no problem, but searching for Braille just does not work
at this time.

if you wanted to modify something in Voiceover, you could just type in
Voiceover in the edit field and it'll take you right there if you double
tap the search result. This beats a lot of time going to general,
accessibility, and finding Voiceover that way. To find the search edit
box, find the settings heading and flick right once. Then double tap and
you can enter your search result.
