There is a free kindle book that lists all the VO commands. I'm sure you can find it by searching the kindle store for voice over or something like that. But there really isn't much you need to know if all you want to do is read a kindle book.
Once you open the book you want to read you can flick down with two fingers for continuous reading, or turn one page at a time with a three finger swipe right or left. I hope this is helpful.
