Another KNFB Reader brag: I used it about 2 months ago in order to recognize an image based PDF file of my apartment lease. It read 80 percent of the document correctly. The parts that it messed up were where someone had physically written in text or numbers. Other than that, the rest of the lease was good. I've never before hoped to get an image based PDF file, but I was extremely pleased that the KNFB Reader did such a great job. I did learn from reading the lease that the complex will make electronic leases available upon request. I mention this because I can refer to that section next year when I ask for an electronic copy of my lease.
