Tried to go to the support site published on AppleVis for Lire and the site
appears to no longer work or possibly is just down.

I am experiencing an issue with retrieving articles(both full text sync and
simply loading them individually) when connected to wifi and am wondering
whether anyone else has experienced a similar circumstance. When I try to load
an article when connected to my home wifi, it generally fails to load. I
usually operate without syncing full text as I subscribe to a lot of RSS feeds
and it would take a very long time if I always synced. However, when I enable
the feature when connected to my wifi, it is virtually inoperable. It may sync
one article every five minutes and usually stops altogether.

If I disable wifi and use my mobile data, things seem to work fine. I am using
an 802.11Ac wifi network that seems to work very well for anything else I ask
of it.

So in lieu of getting support via the site for the app, I thought I would ask
here since there are so many users that if it was a widespread problem it would
likely have been encountered by someone. If I don't hear anything, I'll simply
try reinstalling and see if that helps. If it does not, I may have to stop
using it.
