To delete a station in iTunes Radio first open the music app. Make sure the radio tab at the bottom of the screen is selected. Next swipe to the edit button and then double tapp. Next swipe to the station you want to delete . Then swipe down to the delete option and then double tapp. Then swipe left or right to find the done button and then double tapp.
