This is a pretty common problem with both sizes of the watch. I also have a problem where occasionally my watch either turns off or freezes. Sometimes I can press the power button to get to the screen for cancel or power off but sometimes I have to do a hard reset. I can't find anything that is common when this occurs, it just does. It's not every day but it is several times a week.
