First, there is no way the app ate your contacts. That is unless you had them all selected and hit delete. First, close out all your apps from the app switcher. Reboot your phone and see what you have in contacts. If that doesn't work, either call Apple Accessibility or go ahead and write the developer of A2Z contacts:
