Hi Sandy, It seems I had this filer app at some point in the past, because when I went looking for it, I found it with a download link, rather than a price. So I did that, and when I try to read the help file that comes with the program, it's a zip file, I got an error. Are you supposed to be able to double tap on a zip file have it open and be read? Or, if there are multiple files within a single zip, are you supposed to see a list of those files? There was not any helpful information telling me why the file could not be read, or what intermediate steps I might have to take etc. Thanks for any further clarification.
