This is not required if you do not store anything in the cloud, you should be
find to just dismiss the message.

I updated my iPad from IOS 7 to IOS 8.3. After updating it asked me if I want
to update to iCloud drive. Do I need to do this or just cancel this this? This
is being asked me after I updated. I don’t store anything in iCloud.
