I can confirm this one. My personal theory is that it happens when any 
notification on the screen has an update too it's relative time (as in it goes 
from, say, 1 minute ago to 2 minutes ago), but I can't be sure. I've seen it 
happen with emails most often, but other notifications as well. Definitely 
report this to Apple!
