The first time I try logging to my ID, I receive the message stating that 
“Incorrect Apple ID or Password”. Then, When I make any retries, I receive no 
erros. I just notice that after a while, the “sign-in” button changes from its 
dimmed status to a working button so that I can sign-in again.

 

I tried to do the same scenario via my Wi-Fi as well as my 3G connections, with 
the same results.
