Hi Wendy, Which version of iTunes do you have? I just checked in the newest version for Windows which is 12.1.2.27 and pressing Control+I on a song once again brings up the edit fields beautifully, I have, however, not yet figured out how to get to things like Options where I would normally go if I wanted to change the media type or set a start and end point if I am making a ringtone.
