Hi, there is a program for windows called wintrans. This program will
convert bvraille to text and back to braille too. You just take the brf
file and load it and follow the instructions. I do this all the time if
there is a book that I can't get intext. Andy and Shubert

translator couldn't be written to convert grade 2 braille into English.
I'm also not sure why reading uncontracted braille is impossible.
