Hi, I am having the same issue with my password being required for purchasing apps instead of my finger. My fault because I changed settings and now I am getting a footer instead of the option to change it back.
On a totally unrelated note I also am having Bluetooth connection issues and so are others since updating to the latest IOS and the easiest way to make Bluetooth devices stay connected sometimes is to just turn my 5S off and right back on again.
