Can you do that without "launching the GoogleSearch iOS app? I
haven't heard of it being done before. If it can be done, would you
mind demonstrating it for me and others on this ListServe in the form
of a recording (i.e., MP3, etc.)

To compete with Siri, apple should allow its iOS users to install
Google's VoiceSearch Widget on their HomeScreen, and by doing so, I
presume iOS users will be able to simply respond with "Okay, google"
