I updated at around the same time that John did. The update size was 437 MB I believe, which is smaller than some past minor updates. It took about 5-10 minutes to download and then another 5 or so minutes to install/update. For good measure, I then restarted my phone. I think the download time might vary depending on time of day and your WiFi/Internet speeds. Fortunately I was home today and could update before the "working-man" got home and everyone hits the servers. I know not everyone can do that, and I usually update after getting home too, but today was a bit different for me.
