Hello fellow Canadians and others,
I just heard on the Apple Bite Podcast that Apple Pay may make its debut in Canada as early as this month. I have a 5S and don't plan to upgrade until this fall at the earliest, but I did buy my wife an iPhone 6 and I'm of course curious as to where Apple Pay will be available so we can try it out at some point. Apparently a number of European countries will get Apple Pay before the end of this year. Apple has also sent out official invites for their "Spring forward" event which takes place next Tuesday (on March 9). This will most likely be mostly about the Apple Watch and probably a bit about Mac computers and according to Brian Tong from the Apple Bite podcast the new Beats Music Service could be mentioned as well. No word or rumours about a new Apple TV or the iPad Pro or whatever the expected new larger iPad will be called.
